A DRIVER’S speeding conviction and sentence have been quashed after his case was reopened at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
Kenneth Seeney, 56, of Pencoedtre Road, Barry, had been ordered to pay £574 in a fine, costs and surcharge and his driving record endorsed with five points for speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone on Cowbridge Road West in Cardiff.
The speeding conviction and sentence have been set aside after the offence was withdrawn.
