A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
RICHARD STILLMAN, 36, of North Walk, Barry, was ordered to pay £159 in costs, a fine and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to public disorder.
DAVID DAVIES, 46, of Starling Road, St Athan, was banned from driving for six months for failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver.

JAY ANDREW LYNCH-WILSON, 29, of Holton Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £344 in costs, a fine and a surcharge for speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Cowbridge Road West in Cardiff.

JOHN THOMAS MCCARTHY, 64, of Pencoedtre Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £344 in costs, a fine and a surcharge for driving without wearing a seat belt.
JASON STUART THOMAS, 44, of Maes Slowes Leyes, Rhoose, was ordered to pay £224 in costs, a fine and a surcharge for speeding at 47mph in a 40mph zone on the A48 in Bonvilston.

SUSAN CRATES, 48, of Jenner Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £164 in costs, a fine and a surcharge for speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Cowbridge Road West in Cardiff.

MALCOLM MORGAN, 66, of Howard Court, Barry, was ordered to pay £344 in costs, a fine and a surcharge for speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone on North Road in Cardiff.
