A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.

TAMMY GULLIVER, 44, of Mariners Walk, Barry, was banned from driving for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to drink driving.

She was ordered to pay £199 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.

DONNA MACLISTON, 55, of Powis View, Barry, was jailed for four months, suspended for 12 months, after she pleaded guilty to the possession of a knife in public.

She was made the subject of a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.

DANIEL JAMES CAMPBELL, 26, of Dock View Road, Barry, was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 18 months, and banned from driving for two years after he pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.

He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement.

Campbell has to pay £213 in costs and a surcharge.

KATIE LOUISE ELIZABETH DAVENPORT, 34, of Gerddi Margaret, Barry, was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after she admitted assaulting a police officer.

ARIS NATSOLARI, 23, of Holton Road, Barry, was disqualified from driving for six months after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle.

He was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.

MATTHEW JOHN HAWKER, 47, of North Walk, Barry, was ordered to pay £374 in fines, costs and a surcharge after he admitted assault by beating and the attempted to damage of a CCTV camera.

MEGAN DANCEY, 24, of Gladstone Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £224 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Cardiff.

Her licence was endorsed with four points.
