A THIEF drove off without paying for fuel three times from petrol stations and stole bottles of vodka from a supermarket during a crime spree.
Jamie Colburn, 38, got away with diesel worth more than £330 from Barry’s PW Millar Ltd, Tesco in Whitchurch, Cardiff and Texaco, Pencoed, Bridgend.
He also stole three bottles of vodka from Waitrose in Cowbridge.
Colburn, of Wolfe Close, Barry, pleaded guilty to three counts of making off without payment and one charge of theft.

All the offences took place in March.
He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £332.55 in compensation.
Cardiff Magistrates’ Court heard the Probation Service were “unable to offer any community sentence because of defendant's medical situation”.
