A GANG kicked and punched a woman they had been drinking with in a vicious three-on-one attack.
Barry trio Mohammed Hafiz, 33, of Barry Road, Rebecca Williams, 29, of Albert Street, and Charlene Taylor, 23, of Jewel Street, carried out the nasty assault on the town’s Main Street.
Erin James was set upon after the four had been drinking together on April 10, Emma Harris, prosecuting, told Cardiff Crown Court.
The three all pleaded guilty to causing their victim assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Hafiz also admitted separate offences of driving whilst disqualified and possession of cannabis.
Judge Richard Williams told the defendants: “This was a group attack on a lone and outnumbered victim.”

Hafiz was jailed for 15 months and Williams sent to prison for 11 months.
Taylor was given a 10-month custodial sentence, suspended for 12 months, and she must complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement.
She was also made the subject of an electronic curfew for five months between 10pm and 6am.
All the three will have to each pay a victim surcharge of a £149.
