A KNIFEMAN who was caught by police with a Stanley knife in public has been jailed.
Sean Kells, 34, of Aeron Close, Barry, was sent to prison for four months after appearing at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
The defendant pleaded guilty to having an orange-handled Stanley knife on Holton Road on October 9.
Kells was also ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge upon his release from custody.
