Vale of Glamorgan enforcement officers have been on the case
VALE of Glamorgan Council enforcement officers have issued a penalty notice to a Cardiff woman whose household waste was found dumped in Barry.
Council officers issued the resident with the £300 Fixed Penalty Notice, on Wednesday, October 28, after she failed to transfer her household waste to a licensed waste carrier.

Her waste ended up being fly-tipped in the town.
Officers thanked South Wales police in the Vale of Glamorgan for their assistance in the case.
