THE Barry Dock RNLI inshore lifeboat was launched to Sully Island on at around 5pm on Monday, July 20.
Milford Haven Coastguard had received reports of two people cut off by the tide on Sully Island.
The volunteer crew launched the D class lifeboat to locate the people on the island.
Two people were taken safely to shore.

A RNLI Barry Dock lifeboat spokesman said: “Please don't attempt to return across the causeway if the tide is coming close to flooding the causeway.
“People have been swept away in the past.
“Please check tide times before visiting any coastal areas and if you do get into difficulty dial 999 and ask for the coastguard.”
The RNLI is in need of charitable donations.
