TWO Barry sisters, Gracie Hughes and Lexi Brittain, have brightened up streets, walls, and railings in the town centre area.
Ysgol Sant Curig pupil, Gracie and Cwmaman primary pupil, Lexi said they had the idea after Gracie was published in the Barry & District News and she then and received messages from people saying how much her rainbow wall cheered them up.
The pair wanted to carry on making people feel happy in a time of sadness and thank the NHS and key workers.
They prepared their drawings on paper and then spent the morning drawing it out onto the road.
Lexi drew a dragon and they both coloured it rainbow colours and wrote messages around it.
