THE town’s first Pride event took place on Saturday, September 21 - attracting around 500 people for its parade.
Barry Pride, which started in Hood Road and finished in High Street, celebrated the LGBTQ+ community and saw attendees from as far afield as London.
The day, sponsored by Spectrum Collections, hosted live make up tutorials and music, speakers, entertainment, food and drink.
