SOUTH Wales police officers are appealing for information to help locate missing man Andrew Palmer.
Mr Palmer, 42, was reported missing from the Barry area on the evening of Thursday, September 19.
He was last seen on Holton Road, Barry, and concerns are growing for his safety and wellbeing.
He is described as being 6ft1 with long shoulder length auburn hair, a small beard and green eyes.
He was last seen wearing navy canvas style trainers and light blue baggy jeans.
Mr Palmer has links to Barry, Bath, Manchester, Devon, Kent, and South London.
His family are concerned for his welfare and would like him to get in contact as soon as possible.
