South Wales Police.
South Wales Police officers are investigating a serious assault which took place in the Court Road area of Barry, on Sunday, June 2.
Officers were called to the scene shortly after 11.30pm.
Armed officers were deployed to ensure the safety of the public and officers in the area.
Three local men have been arrested in connection with this incident and are currently in police custody.
At this stage officers are treating this as an isolated incident and aren’t looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.
