On tour in Barry
TALES surrounding Barry's High Street Quarter will the subjects on a walking tour in Barry.
The free High Street Quarter walking tour will take place on Friday, April 5.
All will meet outside Barry town railway station, in Broad Street, at 6pm and run until 8pm.
The walk will encompass Broad Street and High Street and include tales of the Victorian and Edwardian west end.
It will cover industry, innovation, secret societies, religious differences, commerce, angry women, amputations, explosions, mice and mavericks.
