ST RICHARD Gwyn Catholic High School has been awarded the Fairtrade Foundation’s top award.
The school has been awarded the Fairachiever award following their ‘Ice Off’ competition where staff and pupils compete to ice the best cakes using Fairtrade ingredients.
Fairtrade leaders, who are also the schools' Catholic charity SVP presidents, Annit Benny and Charleigh-Anne Davies, said: "We have worked hard to make everyone aware of the Fairtrade message."
Everyone at the school was delighted to receive the award.
