THE Vale 50+ Forum is encouraging people to get involved in the month long festival Gwanwyn (meaning spring) in May which celebrates creativity in older people.
The Forum would like people to get inspired and be involved by writing a 1,000 word short story or people on any topic you wish.
To take part you have to be aged 50 plus and live in the Vale of Glamorgan. You can send your poem/short story to:

By submitting the above you are giving The Vale 50+ Strategy Forum copyright to publish your entry in both paper and digital format, and display in public areas, so please only send them entries you are willing to share publicly.
They are unable to return any poems/short stories that are sent to them. Entries for display will be decided by the Vale 50+ Strategy Forum.
Closing date for entries is the April 24.
