OFFICERS from the Safer Vale Partnership are set to park up in Barry for a public chat next month.
The team, along with partner teams from the Vale Council, will be at King Square, Barry from 10am to 1pm on Tuesday, July 8.
TREV, the reassurance engagement vehicle from South Wales Police, enables the public to speak to local neighbourhood officers in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
The Safer Vale Partnership will provide advice on all types of community safety issues, including anti-social behaviour and crime prevention.
Inspector Paul Tinkler, of the Safer Vale Partnership, said: “This is a great opportunity for members of the community to meet the Safer Vale Partnership team in an informal setting, and provide them the opportunity to get advice in relation to any aspect of crime prevention, or to tell us about any issues in relation to anti-social behaviour in their area that may be concerning them.”
