REES John " JACK " Peacefully on 7th March at the University Hospital Of Wales - John, devoted husband of Carole and much loved Dad of Michael, Jeff & Sarah. Special father in law to Dawn, cherished Grandad of Joshua, Benjamin, Aaron, Gemma, Jacob and Bethan. Great Grandad to Jack. John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until his service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Friday 5th April at 12:00pm Family floral tributes only, donations if desired may be made at the service to support the Alzheimer's Society in memory of John
