BARRY Library will be hosting Easter activities during the first week of the school holidays, starting on Monday April 10.

The Easter bonnet craft session starts the week on April 10, with the session running from 2pm to 3pm.

The craft session will be suitable for children aged four and up and there is a £1 charge. Places must be booked in advance.

On Tuesday, April 11, will be an Easter boxes session from 10.30am to 11.30am. This is suitable for children aged four and up and has a £1 charge. Places must be booked in advance.

On the same day, will be code club from 3pm to 4pm for children aged between nine and 11-years-old.

Places must be booked in advance for this free activity.

On Wednesday, April 12, will be the inventors box workshop for aged three to eight. The session, from 10.30am to noon, requires booking and has a 50p charge.

The library will screen Rise of the Guardians (PG) on Thursday, April 13. The film, which starts at 10.30am, has a recommended age of seven and up.

Later on the same day, there will be a drop-in Easter craft session where visitors can decorate Easter eggs for free. This is suitable for all ages and runs from 2pm to 3.30pm.

The final event on Saturday, April 14, will be an Easter bonnet parade and egg hunt from 10.30am to noon. All ages welcome.
