GATT The family of the late Carolyn Jane would like to thank everyone who attended her funeral on Monday 3rd October they are very thankful for your kind words, support and donations in lieu of flowers. Thank you to Father Kevin Lake for a lovely heartfelt service. A special thank you to all the staff at Holme Tower for the care Carolyn and the family received and thank you to Park Funeral Directors, Carolyn will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
