CHAPMAN Lilian Ethel Joan "JOAN" Peacefully on 11th Feb at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, Joan, aged 94 years passed away. Loving mum to Mo, Paul, Maria and the late Sylvia Carol, mum in law of Terry and Owen, a cherished nan and great nan to all her grandchildren. Joan was a resident at Baltimore House Care Home, Barry for 10 years and her family wish to sincerely thank all staff for their care and dignity shown to Mum during her stay there. Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Wednesday 24th Februry at 10.00am. Due to current Government Guidelines this funeral will be private and by family invite only.
