JONES SYLVIA NEE HUTCHINGS Sylvia peacefully passed away after a long illness, on 25th June, aged 87 years at Llandough Hospital. Sylvia of Cledwen Close, and more recently Cartref Porthceri Care Home, was a devoted wife of the late Brian, loving mother of Stephen and Carole, cherished Grandmother to Paul, Gareth, Liam, Conor, Daniel and Hannah and Great Grandmother to Matthew and Robert. Sylvia will be sadly missed by her Brother in-law Graham, Sister in-laws Jean, Margaret and all family and friends. Resting at A G Adams until the private family service at Barry Cemetery on Friday 10th July 2020. Family flowers only. Donations if desired may be made online or sent directly to the Alzheimer's Society.
