HARVEY Joan On 30th March 2020, aged 75 years, Joan passed away peacefully after a short illness. A devoted wife to Bill who owned Harvey's Fish & Chip Shop in Vale Street, Barry. Loving Mother to Amanda, Ann-Marie, Patricia and Susan. Cherished nanny to her nine grandchildren. Resting at AG Adams Funeralcare, until the Interment at Barry Cemetery. A celebration of Joan's life will be held at a later date when her friends and family are able to gather safely.
