EVANS (nee Holland) Polly Passed away suddenly on 1st September 2019 at University Hospital of Wales. Beloved wife of the late Malcolm. Adored mum to Dean and Matthew and mother-in-law to Louise, and incredible grandmother to Joshua, Callum and Keelie. Wonderful sister to Albert, Kathy and the late Ivor, and a loved auntie to Carys and Roxanne and great auntie. Ps - also mum to Ruby. Polly will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. She will live on forever in our hearts. Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare until the service on 20th September at 1pm at our Chapel of Rest followed by Interment at Barry Cemetery at 2pm. Flowers welcome. Donations if desired, in memory of Polly, may be made to PDSA.
