AKERS Patricia Ethel ( Nee Nash ) Peacefully on June 7th at Ty Gwyn Nursing Home, Penarth. Pat, devoted wife to the late Peter, much loved Mum to Keith, Richard and the late Jeffery. Special mother in law of Serena and Andrea. A loving Nan of the late Chris. Funeral service to take place at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road, Barry on Monday 1st July at 11:00am. Family flowers only donations if desired may be made at the service or via Pat's online tribute page At www.valefuneralservice.co.uk to support The Stroke Association.
