EVANS John Gordon Charles (Jack) Peacefully on October 3rd at Barry Hospital after a long illness borne with great fortitude, Jack of Marine Drive, Barry. Beloved husband of the late Freda Elizabeth, adored father of Nick and Roger, much adored Grandpa to Gabrielle and Amelia, dear brother of the late Norman and Eric. Much missed by all his family and friends. Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare, Barry, until the service on Thursday 18th of October at A G Adams Service Chapel at 1pm followed by committal at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium. No flowers by request but donations if desired can be made at the service or sent directly to Kidney Research UK, Nene Hall, Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FZ.
