BARRY Town FC Under-14s have been busy fundraising so they have the opportunity to travel to Ireland to compete in the Southern Ireland Football Tournament in August.

Late last year, the mums of the players organised a ladies day at the Westend Club, Barry, to raise as much money as possible for the team.

During the event the ladies were treated to a buffet and entertained by Jimmy Grigorio, with the highlight being the huge number of raffle prizes donated by Barry businesses to help the team's total.
