RECENTLY qualified Sully Sailing Club instructor Teilo Richardson is desperate to regain club and household bragging rights. Teilo was pipped to first place by his son Jake in last year’s Transom Series slow fleet final classification. With Jake unable to sail this weekend, Teilo was able to close the gap to just one point setting up an exciting run in to the end of the Early Bird series.
Meanwhile, in the fast fleet, Steve Marshall chocked up two further first place finishes in his RS 700. This extends his lead over Bob Lang and Danny Powell in their Lasers who are second and third respectively. Steve leads the series with seven first place finishes to count so far.
