BARRY Saints continued their great form with a resounding 13-1 victory over John Davey Builders.

Saints were quick off the mark with Darren Townsend opening the scoring with a well struck effort in the box. Joey Matthews grabbed the second with a great shot from outside the box finding the bottom corner.

Nathan Williams got in on the act finishing well inside the box. Andrew Townsend grabbed a goal from a quick free kick to leave the keeper stranded and soon after adding a second finishing easily in a one on one situation.

Williams grabbed a second, finding the bottom corner before Darren Townsend scored his second smashing the ball past the keeper.

Andrew Townsend scored a delightful hattrick goal picking the ball up from a short corner on the edge of the box before placing the ball in to the top corner.

Saints made changes at half time and with it lost a bit of momentum conceding a goal from a corner after poor marking.

The goal reignited Barry and Nathan Williams grabbed his hattrick goal smashing an unstoppable left foot shot from the edge of the box.

Darren Townsend then added another after bursting past his marker to slot into the bottom corner, soon after Darren Townsend scored a contender for goal of the season. As the ball fell to him around 35 yards out he hit an outrageous attempt into the top corner.

Joey Matthews added his second after great work on the left his low shot which was heading in to the bottom corner was turned in with a little help from the Builders defender.

Darren Townsend added to his tally and finished the scoring with a side foot finish into the bottom corner. As you can see the Saints have been very dominant this season. Manager Long is lucky enough to work with a great team.
