Seven Ysgol Bro Morgannwg boys selected for Cardiff Blues U16s

A BARRY school is celebrating after seven pupils were selected for the Cardiff Blues U16s team.

The boys from Ysgol Bro Morgannwg were scouted while playing in the Vale of Glamorgan league.

“We are all thrilled,” said team member Einan Scott.

“Most of us want to be professional players at some point so it feels amazing to have been chosen.”

The 15-year-olds will train for six hours a week after school to prepare for games, due to start later this year.
