THE latest Barrivale Bridge Club session took place on the 10th April and the evening session opened with the Annual General Meeting which was followed by the 31st Birthday teams’ event.
The winning team of the evening were: Jane Brook & Sean MacDougall, Dave Thomas & Jenny Vaughan.
Also, the Bill Shore Trophy, for the annual handicap competition was presented to Vivien Liles.
As always, new members are welcome at the club and a partner may be arranged, if required. If you would like to join us please ring any of the following numbers, 01446 418380 or 01446 733425 or 01446 735592 or call at the Pioneer Hall, Beryl Road, Barry at 7pm on Tuesday evening.
Alternatively, players inexperienced or new, may attend on Fridays at 10am at the same address where lessons and play take place in a relaxed atmosphere
Whilst our current class for beginners continue to run on Friday mornings new members wishing to start the class will be able to join the next beginner’s class commencing in September.
