BARRY Athletic Cricket Club are set to host a week-long sports camp for youngsters later this month, aimed to build confidence and engage children in a variety of sports.
The camp - which will be led by trained activity specialists - will feature sports such as cricket, futsal, handball and ultimate frisbee.
It is being aimed at children between eight and 12 years old, with a maximum of 20 places available.
Refreshments will be provided, however parents are advised that attendees will need to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.
The camp costs £125 per child and will take place between August 14 and August 18, between 10am and 3pm every day at Barry Athletic Cricket Club on Paget Road.
All those taking part will receive a free t-shirt.
