BARRY Town United Under-14s would like to say a massive thank you to Tony Yeo, CEO of BRT International, who made a generous donation towards the team.
The boys were invited to Tony's business at Cardiff dock on Sunday to wash his fleet of trucks. The team had plenty of fun and got the job done, in return BRT International gave a generous donation which will help fund a trip to Ireland at the end of the season.
The club has built up a good relationship with New Ross Town in Ireland since they visited Barry last year at Jenner park. Since then Johnathan and Hannah Hawkins have been working hard behind the scenes to create opportunities for the boys to earn some extra funds to help get themselves to Ireland.
With BRT International's help the boys are a lot closer to their target. Everybody at the club would like to thank Tony for taking time out of his weekend to help the boys, the team are very appreciative.
