FAW Trust and UEFA Grassroots accredited football provider PG10 Coaching and Everton legend Neville Southall Development centres are delighted to announce a new and exciting affiliation with Premier League giants Everton FC Academy.

Centres based in Wales including the Vale of Glamorgan will, with the support of Everton Youth Academy, continue to focus on developing and increasing the skills of young talented footballers and provide them with a pathway to professional football at Everton FC whilst developing a professional attitude towards football whilst training with young players of similar ability.

The centres aim to provide the very best in football training as well as a professional infrastructure to look after every players educational and welfare needs.

Its main aim will be to protect and nurture each player’s special talents and ensure that gifted players are given the very best opportunities and support to reach their full potential, which at the elite end may mean playing top domestic football with the club.

The affiliation will see players at the centre, for children aged under five and under 16, attend development centres with the aim of raising standards of play and develop them as they will be competing and training against opposition on a regular basis against other Premier League and football league clubs.

Players receive quality coaching to develop and learn the Everton philosophy just like academy graduates Wayne Rooney and Ross Barkley. Alongside each centre is the "Neville Southall" Goalkeeping school where children and young people can pick up top tips and techniques from one of the greatest ever goalkeepers.

The Everton Youth Academy will also offer support for local clubs and coaches by holding coaching workshops, school sessions and offer children and young people of all abilities to take part in Soccer Camps and unique goalkeeping days.
