YSGOL Bro Morgannwg has been drawn for the annual UK Schools’ Marches 7s Rugby Tournament. The school has been drawn in Group H.

This is the largest and longest running ‘school-run’ rugby 7s competition and is stronger than ever this year. The competition will see 32 school teams, including Ysgol Bro Morgannwg, from across the nation competing to find one champion.

The Marches 7s is hosted by Hereford Cathedral School at Wyeside in Hereford and is supported by The Old Market Hereford and British Land. The competition takes place on Sunday, March 1 from 10.20am until 5.30pm.

Admission is free of charge and all are welcome to attend and watch this exciting, fast-paced rugby.

Former Welsh Rugby captain, Mr Paul Thorburn, will be present during the tournament, presenting the cup, plate and bowl to the winning teams at the end of the day and also guest speaking within the Marches 7s Matchday Dining Marquee.
