FOLLOWING the success of last year's inaugural event, Barry Beavers Disabled Swimming Club hold their second mini fun triathlon on Sunday, September 14, starting from Barry Leisure Centre at 9.30am. This year's event is open to individual competitors and teams.
The event consists of a 40-length swim, 10km bike ride and a 5km run. The entry fee is £10 for individuals and £15 for groups.
The event will raise money for the volunteer-run swimming club to help towards the cost of pool hire and to fund buses to take the swimmers to other galas across South Wales.
