AHEAD of their pre-season friendly against Cardiff City, Barry Town United have been issued a temporary licence by the Vale cabinet.

The licence will also cover Barry Town's wildcard fixture in the FAW Word Cup against old rivals Merthyr Town.

The temporary licence will support Barry Town United in these two fixtures, and allow hospitality arrangements to be introduced in the stadium for the both of these games.
