SULLY Sports FC are delighted to announce a very special visitor to their increasingly popular annual Festival of Football for children on Saturday, June 14, at the Sully Sports and Social playing fields.

The UEFA Super Cup is played annually between the winners of the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. This year it will be an all Spanish affair between Real Madrid CF and Sevilla FC and will be played in the Cardiff City Stadium on August 12.

Sully Sports FC is privileged to have been permitted the opportunity to display the UEFA Super Cup trophy throughout it’s annual Football Festival run for local children from the ages of six to 12, with visiting teams from across South Wales.

Club secretary Tony Scrivens said, “We are honoured as a club to have the opportunity to display one of the world’s foremost sporting club trophies at our Festival. The UEFA Super Cup encapsulates players’ and fans’ aspirations and dreams. Hopefully the presence of the cup will inspire and motivate all of the footballing children and our wider community, our appreciation goes to both the FAW & UEFA in allowing Sully this opportunity."

The games commence at 10am and are scheduled through to mid afternoon. Parking is available on site for participants.
