* Welsh Player of the Season (1st and 2nd choice)
* Most Promising Player of the Season (1st and 2nd choice)
* Best Player in the Premiership (1st and 2nd choice)
(2nd choices will only be considered in the event of a tie)

The awards will be presented at the 40th Lloyd Lewis evening at Cardiff rugby club on Thursday, September 4, (7pm for 7.30pm).
