IN the Barry Darts League this week, the league leaders, The Cwm Talwg, lost their unbeaten record to defending champions, the Poachers.
The Poachers held a 2-5 lead after the first doubles leg but the Cwm Talwg won the last 2 legs to lose 4-5 overall.
Steve Moggeridge hit a 180 and Jon Hurn hit a 110 out shot during the match.
BFC Allsorts had a 6-3 victory over the Park Weasels and the Windsor Nomads came through a tight game against the Billy Ghosts with a 5-4 win.
The game between the Plastics C and the Dartonians was all square after the singles. The Plastics won all three double legs to gain a 6-3 victory. Craig Harris hit a 180.
In the first division, Caddy Cons Raiders pulled off a surprise victory over league leaders, The Throws of Despair, winning 6-3.
The Starlets lost 2-7 to the Mariners 66. Mary Mckinney, from the Starlets, hit a 106 out shot. Mike Copeland, from the Mariners, hit a 180 and a 103 out shot.
