WITH last Saturday being a “whiteout,” Sully Sports Rugby Club pool fixtures were cancelled and, with the weather still looking grim, the prospects of playing games this weekend do not look too promising.

As with last weekend, and for the next six weeks, there are no scheduled league or cup fixtures for either the 1st or 2nd teams so efforts are being made to find pool games.

Players/supporters need to contact the club, or P Mees, on Friday. The Six Nations tournament commences the following weekend and, with clubs unable to play, this adds to the frustrations of players who just want time on the pitch.

Players/members attending the funeral of Jason Newland's mum next Tuesday will need to contact P Mees/C Cummings for detail of the arrangements.
