Give American Football a try at South Wales Warriors open day

2013 brings big changes for the South Wales Warriors, as following a successful 2012 campaign, the team will be competing amongst the elite of UK American Football in the BAFA Premier League.

This is an opportunity for the Warriors to showcase their talent at the highest level and one which the Committee and Coaching Staff are very excited about.

In order to be successful at this highest level the South Wales Warriors are looking to increase the size of their playing squad, and are offering any potential players, aged 18 years and older, the opportunity to come and experience American Football for themselves at their Open Day on Sunday, January 20.

No prior experience of the game is required, although a background in a contact sport is advantageous.

If you are looking for a new challenge and are interested in what American Football has to offer, join them at 1pm on January 20 at Llanharan Rugby Club.

Full equipment is provided for participants so all you need to take with you is a desire to be a part of the Warriors' success in 2013 (plus a gum shield, pair of boots and £5 for League Insurance Cover!)
