Mr J Howells is incredibly grateful to everyone who helped his wife when she fell ill
MAY I send a very grateful thank you to all who responded to the call made on Friday evening, March 12, concerning my wife who was taken ill.
After phoning for help at 8.20pm, a first responder attended within 10 minutes, and by the 20 minute mark, an ambulance arrived with four paramedics who attended to my wife’s condition, and by 9.15pm she was on her way into the Heath to stay overnight for observation.
I understand that people have reservations about the state of the NHS, but after this episode I cannot praise them enough.
