Barry Island has seen improvement
GOOD to see Barry on the up and up, which can only be good for trade, new jobs and wealth for the town.
It was good to read about the “quartet” around the Waterfront with the Pumphouse and its developments. There is so much going on and Barry one day will be a little goldmine.
We have that super hotel, Asda store and an array of new houses going up and hopefully a new road linking the island in July.
It would be nice now if Barry Island has its own illuminations, just strings of coloured lights from Harbour Road through to the island.
The lights could be run on solar power, to save money.
