EVERY year, Age Cymru works with incredible individuals and organisations that make a difference to the lives of older people.
We’re going to celebrate the outstanding contributions that these unsung heroes make to the lives of older people through the Age Cymru Awards 2014.
If your readers know someone who deserves an Age Cymru Award – perhaps a volunteer in one of our shops or a campaigner on older people’s issues in your area, please nominate them.

The winners will be presented with their awards at Age Cymru’s glitzy Gala Dinner and Awards dinner in Cardiff on 27 February.
Please note the closing date for nominations for the Age Cymru Awards 2014 is Monday, December 15.
