I ATTENDED the Green Flag Ceremony at Central Park on Saturday and was delighted to see the founder members of the Barry Citizens' Action Group. Under the leadership of Dilys Colbourne, this group campaigned tirelessly for many years to save the park from building development. Barry should be proud to see this green flag and remember a group that never flagged.
