IF YOU are a former pupil of Ysgol Gymraeg Sant Baruc please join us in the Mount Sorrel on Friday, September 5, at 8pm to kick off a new term for AFIAITH.
Over the past 18 months since AFIAITH started, about 80 members have come to the group and it has been great to meet up with everybody.
We just have a general catch up, a few drinks and a good night out.
Don’t worry if you haven’t spoken Welsh since you were in your school tie (everybody worries about this) because you’ll surprise yourself by how much you do actually remember.
And if you now have children yourselves who are pupils in any of the Welsh schools in Barry, imagine how much more you will be able to help them with their education if you’ve got more confidence yourself. All in all, a win win situation.
