HAVING read the article in the Barry & District News (January 23) about tree destruction, the name Steve Prior was mentioned.
I wondered if this is the same Steve Prior I possibly knew when I lived in Canton. I went to school with his wife Susan but lost contact in later years. I know he played in a band with Shakin Stevens in the late sixties but moved out of Canton years ago.
I do agree with his concerns for the ancient woodlands on Port Road East.
