HALF the street lights on Barry Island are not working and it is very dark coming along Harbour Road at night.
We used to have lights in the car park but now it is very dark. I feel sorry for the bird life as they were very active throughout the night.
Why can’t we have cats eyes, as they would help greatly.
It is like going back to the dark ages where everyone carried a lantern.
