I AM trying to trace the owners of an Italian whippet-cross dog called Raffi who I photographed near Nell’s point on Barry Island last Sunday while I was out walking with my mum.

I would love to be able to share this photo of their dog with them as I didn’t get a chance to get contact details from them.
