THE Friends of Barry History’s new venture is a ‘Miscellany Magazine’ through which it plans to share their interests with the people of Barry at home and further afield. The topics shared are: ‘Bells of Barry 1 & 2’ by John Chucas, ‘Saved from the Destructor’ by Alun Robertson, ‘Place Names of Barry and Porthkerry’ by Aldon Grisdale and ‘Jackson’s Bay - Steamer Ahoy’ by Glenn Booker.
This new ‘Miscellany Magazine’ is free and available for collection from a display stand at Barry Library, King Square.
